Terms of sitting a session

These terms cover enquiries, preparation sessions, structure evenings, and return visits arranged with Notion Keystone. Sending an enquiry, paying a fee, or taking a seat confirms that you accept them.

The practice

Notion Keystone, established in 2017, provides technical analysis training in the form of swing-trading chart preparation at 53 Bonghwang-ro, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, 38140. A sitting produces marks on a chart and, where the session includes one, a written sheet. Brokerage accounts and order routing stay with the firm you already use.

Enquiries and confirmations

The form on this site asks for a preferred date. That date is a request. A sitting exists only when we reply with a confirmed time. We may decline an enquiry that asks for trade instructions, for many instruments in one hour, or for work outside chart preparation.

Fees

Current figures are on the rates page and are confirmed in writing before you travel. Changing the instrument or adding a second frame after arrival may require a further sitting at the stated rate. Structure evening seats are held when the seat fee has been received.

Intellectual property

You keep your own trading records and any chart print you brought. The wording of a preparation sheet created in your session is licensed to you for your personal study of that chart. You may not publish the sheet as a product, sell it, or present it as a public recommendation. Evening materials, the sequence of the desk method, and our teaching notes remain the property of Notion Keystone. Market prices and exchange data belong to their publishers; we claim no right in them.

Your decisions

Any decision to enter, exit, or hold a position is yours. Past charts discussed in a session are examples of marking, not evidence that a similar mark will produce a similar result. You are responsible for the accuracy of the instrument name, the frame, and the hold length you give us.

Liability

To the extent Korean law allows, Notion Keystone’s liability arising from a sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. We are not liable for trading losses, missed sessions caused by transport, or errors in a chart you printed before arrival with incomplete history. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Republic of Korea, including liability for harm caused by intent or gross negligence where such a limit is prohibited.

Conduct in the room

Six is the capacity of the structure evening. Recording the evening is outside the sitting. If a person disrupts the shared chart, we may end their attendance and refund the unused portion of the seat fee according to the refund terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea. The practice is located in Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
