Privacy notice

This notice explains how Notion Keystone handles personal information when you enquire about swing-trading chart preparation or attend a sitting. It is written for the practice at our Gyeongju studio.

Data controller

What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, an optional preferred date, an optional chart frame, and the message you write. If you mention a phone number inside the message, we will use it only to reply. We do not ask for resident registration numbers, account numbers, or copies of identity documents.

If you attend, we keep the preparation sheet you asked us to retain for a return visit, together with the instrument name and frame. We do not keep brokerage logins or order history.

Why we use it

We use the enquiry to answer you, to confirm or decline a time, and to prepare the right chart if you are coming. We use retained sheets only to run a return desk you have booked. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising lists.

Retention

Enquiry records, including the form contents and our reply, are kept for 24 months and then deleted. A preparation sheet we hold for a possible return visit is kept for the 60-day return window plus one further year, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Accounting records required by Korean law are kept for the period that law sets.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea you may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, and you may ask us to suspend processing where the Act allows. Write to info@notionkeystone.click. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission.

International transfers

The studio is in Korea. If a hosting or email provider processes an enquiry on servers outside Korea, the transfer is limited to receiving and answering that enquiry. Where the law requires notice of an overseas recipient, we will give that notice before the transfer. We do not move client sheets to a foreign archive.

Cookies and similar storage

The consent choice for this site is stored in local storage in your browser, not as an account profile. Details are on the cookie page.

Children

Sittings are arranged with adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
