Refunds and cancellations

These rules apply to fees for the Chart Preparation Session, the Swing Structure Evening, and the Return Desk. They match how those sittings are delivered: time in the Gyeongju room, a marked chart, and a sheet. They do not cover goods we do not sell.

Eligibility

A fee you have paid can be refunded in full or in part depending on when you cancel and whether the work of the sitting has started. Writing an enquiry without paying creates nothing to refund.

Cancellation timeframe

If you cancel at least two full business days before the confirmed time, the fee is refunded in full. If you cancel with less than two full business days’ notice and we cannot fill the time or the seat, half the fee is returned and half is kept. Business days are days the desk is open, Tuesday to Friday, plus the Thursday of a structure evening when that is the sitting in question.

Structure evening seats

The seat fee is the amount that holds one of the six chairs. If we fill your chair from the waiting list, you receive a full refund even on short notice. If we cannot fill it inside two business days of the evening, the half-and-half rule above applies.

Rescheduling

You may move a confirmed sitting once without a fee if you call or write at least one full business day before the start. A second move is treated as a cancellation. We may also offer a new time if the room must close; in that case you may take the new time or a full refund.

No-shows and late arrival

If you do not arrive, the fee is kept. If you arrive more than twenty minutes after the start, the remaining time is the sitting and the fee stands. We will not run past the next confirmed person to make up the minutes.

Work already started

Once pencil is on your chart, or once the structure evening has begun, the fee for that sitting is not refunded. A return desk follows the same rule from the moment both pages are on the table. If we end a sitting early because of our own error, we refund the full fee or offer a replacement hour, at your choice.

Deposits

Preparation sessions and return visits are normally paid when the hour begins. If you pay ahead to hold a named evening, that payment is a deposit and follows the cancellation rules above. The structure evening seat fee is paid in advance and is the deposit for that chair.

Materials

Paper, printing, and tea are included in the sitting fee and are not billed or refunded as separate items. If a sitting is refunded before it starts, no sheet has been made and there is nothing to return by post. Sheets already handed to you stay with you even when a later dispute concerns a different invoice.

Exceptions

If you are ill, send a short note and we will move the sitting once rather than treat it as a cancellation. We do not refund because a later price move disagreed with a mark, or because you decided after the hour that you wanted more lines on the page.

Process, method, and timing

Ask for a refund by email at info@notionkeystone.click or by phone at 054-771-6259, and include the confirmed date and the sitting name. We confirm eligibility in writing. Approved refunds go back by the method you used to pay, transfer or cash arranged at the desk, within ten business days of that confirmation.
